A virtual Off-Track Award. Real life stories.
Beyond the track and behind the technical challenges, there are the people: the student teams, the heart and soul of Shell Eco-marathon.
To celebrate the real-life stories of Shell Eco-marathon teams, we’ve launched a new Off-track Award: The Spirit of Shell Eco-marathon Award. It is your chance to showcase how the passion, determination and spirit of your team have helped overcome the challenges of this unique year.
We want to celebrate teams who have shown the qualities that we witness every year at Shell Eco-marathon:
- Perseverance: How did you persist, adapt and overcome in the face of adversity?
- Compassion: Did you use your STEM skills creatively or take action to benefit others?
- Empathy: Were you supportive of others when given the opportunity?
- Innovation: How did your behaviour inspire others, or contribute to innovation beyond your team?
To enter, first read the rules carefully and then complete the form below. Remember you can nominate your own team or another team. Note that only one completed entry per nominated team is required.
The deadline for nominations is Monday, August 17, 2020, so hurry and get nominating now. Any submissions made after the deadline will not be eligible.
